ASSOCIATION OF WATER TECHNOLOGIES

 

The Association of Water Technologies (AWT) is a non-profit trade organization representing hundreds of regional water treatment companies throughout the United States and internationally. These full-service companies specialize in the application of chemical water treatments for industrial and commercial cooling and heating systems.

 

TSHE

 

Tri-State Society of Healthcare Engineers is the local affiliate chapter of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association, and a member of the Greater Cincinnati Health Council. Our members consist of facility managers, architects, engineers, vendor service providers and material/supply providers. TSHE members meet monthly to network and exchange ideas.

 

 

IHLA

 

The Indiana Hardwood Lumberman's Association is a non-profit trade organization comprised of sawmills, wholesale brokers, equipment vendors, secondary manufacturers, loggers, landowners and others who recognize the benefits of working together on issues and projects for the good of the hardwood industry. Today, IHLA has members in 27 states and three Canadian provinces.

 

 

 

ISHE

 

The Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering is a resource for hospitals and suppliers. The organization was formed in order to develop solutions to common problems. ISHE's members are those professionals who are interested in personal and professional development, and engage in Plant Operations and Engineering, Safety Management, Clinical Engineering, and Supplying Products to Hospitals. The organization's affiliation with the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) gives access to national trends and issues.

 

 

 

Sanipur

 

Monochloramine is an US-EPA and WHO approved drinking water disinfectant, widely used in the United States and increasingly used also in Europe. It’s a weaker oxidant compared to chlorine or chlorine dioxide and thanks to this performance it is able to penetrate biofilms better. Extensive studies carried out by our R&D dept. in collaboration with European and American Scientific Institutions showed a very high efficacy of our monochloramine system against Legionella without harming any material (copper, galvanized or stainless steel, polyolefin plastic piping).The Sanikill system is patent pending.

 

 

Nephros

 

Nephros is a commercial stage medical device company that develops and sells high performance liquid purification filters, as well as a hemodiafiltration system for the treatment of patients with End Stage Renal Disease. Its filters, which it calls ultrafilters, are used primarily in medical applications. Nephros ultrafilters are used by dialysis centers for the removal of biological contaminants from the water and bicarbonate concentrate feeding hemodialysis devices. Additionally, Nephros ultrafilters are used in hospitals and medical clinics as an aid in infection control by retaining bacteria (i.e. Legionella, Pseudomonas), virus and endotoxin from water used by patients.
